Yebuda.com and its affiliates ("we") permit you to use this site, subject to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), which we may update from time to time without notice to you. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. By using this site after changes have been made to these Terms, you agree to the changes.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Yebuda.com website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Website.

| All prices are set by Yebuda.com with the following conditions |
- Prices and Currency :
Yebuda.com makes every effort to ensure that pricing is consistent at all of its locations. In some occasions, there may be price differences due to promotional events and special offers. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars. For international shoppers, your order total will be charged according to your credit card or bank's policy on international purchases.
- Unless otherwise stated all prices quoted are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and freight, and exclusive of insurance.
- Prices of products may be altered without notice.
- All backorders at the time of any price change will reflect the new price.
- We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order, or any part of an order, for any reason whatsoever.

| 3. Payment |

Methods of Payment
Yebuda.com plans to offer a variety of payment methods on the Site for the convenience of customers. Please note that each of the payment methods discussed below may not be available at all times. You agree to pay all fees incurred in connection with your purchases at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.
If and when payment by PayPal is available on the Site, the User Agreement for PayPal Service will govern your use of that service, and you must refer to that agreement and not these Terms of Use to determine your rights and liabilities as a PayPal member. YOU, AND NOT YEBUDA.COM, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT BY A THIRD PARTY. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Unless you notify Yebuda.com of any discrepancies within sixty (60) days after you first receive notice thereof, you agree that they will be deemed accepted by you in all respects and for all purposes. If Yebuda.com does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by Yebuda.com or its agents.
Taxes
You are responsible for paying any governmental taxes imposed on your purchases, including, but not limited to, sales, use or value-added taxes. Yebuda.com will automatically charge and withhold any applicable tax for orders to be delivered to any jurisdictions that it deems is required.
Currencies
All transactions conducted by or with Yebuda.com, including sales of items shown on the Site, issuance of gift certificates and credit for returned merchandise, are made in US Dollars.
Payment made by credit card or PayPal in a currency other than US Dollars will be converted to US Dollars at the exchange rate determined by your credit card issuer or PayPal. Please consult your credit card issuer agreement or the User Agreement for PayPal Service for information regarding the determination of exchange rates by them. These exchange rates may include a "spread," or amount payable to PayPal or the credit card issuer, which will result in the actual price paid being higher than the posted US Dollar price
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE TO CUSTOMERS RESULTING FROM CHANGES IN CURRENCY RATES.
Yebuda.com does not provide cash refunds to customers. However, in the event that any such refund were to be made in the future to a customer who had previously paid in a currency other than US Dollars and such refund was made through the customer's credit card or PayPal, then the credit card issuer or PayPal would determine the applicable exchange rate at such time as provided above.
In no event will Yebuda.com be liable for fees or charges payable in connection with currency exchange or for any losses incurred as a result of fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
a. Unless a prior agreement has been made with Yebuda.com, goods will not be shipped until full payment is received.
Goods may be paid for by any of the following means
- Cash (pay direct at our office)
- Paypal (accept credit card from Visa, Master, American express, Diners Club)
- Direct Payment into our Bank Account
b. Payment by direct payment into our Bank Account will not be considered payment until it has been fully cleared through the banking system into Yebuda.com's bank account.

| 4. Risk, Ownership and Delivery |
- Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for insurance from the time of delivery.
- Property and ownership of the goods will remain the property of Yebuda.com until payment has been received in full. The purchaser also acknowledges and agrees that a security interest in the goods is given in favour of Yebuda.com pursuant to the Personal Property Securities Act 1999.
- The customer agrees to pay all delivery costs.
- Any quotation of delivery times by Yebuda.com are made in good faith, but as estimates and not as commitments.
- We will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay in delivery or performance, nor for any loss or damage whatsoever caused directly or indirectly by any force majeure. This shall include (but not be limited to) any act of God, natural disaster, flood or earthquake, strike, lockout, fire, war, civil commotion, inability to obtain products or supplies including the imposition of any export or import bans or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

| 5. Warranty |
- The warranty period varies from product to product.
- Any faulty product should be returned to Yebuda.com immediately with proof of purchase.
- The warranty is void for any goods which have been tampered with, had any warranty labels removed, damaged by accident, improper use or incorrect installation.
- Goods found not to have any faults as detailed in any warranty claim will incur a service fee.
- Products are subject to the manufacturers warranties only and Yebuda.com will pass on the benefit to the customer if it is able.
- Any product subject to a warranty claim is to be returned in the same condition it was bought, including manuals and software, or the warranty claim may be rejected.

Your privacy is important to us. All information gathered by us from you in connection with your use of this site will be governed by the provisions of the Yebuda.com "Privacy Policy". We do not control the privacy practices of those sites to which we link and, therefore, we encourage you to read the privacy policies of those sites.

We shall not be liable for any discrepancies between products listed on our website and hyperlinks to manufacturer websites. Yebuda.com shall also not be liable for any changes product manufacturers make to their product.
Product Descriptions
Products shown on the Site may contain descriptions that are provided directly by the publisher, manufacturer or distributor of such products. Yebuda.com does not represent or warrant that the descriptions of any products shown on the Site are accurate or complete. IF A USER PURCHASES A PRODUCT FROM YEBUDA.COM THAT IS NOT AS DESCRIBED ON THE SITE, THE USER¡¯S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE TO RETURN SUCH PRODUCT IN UNUSED CONDITION FOR YEBUDA.COM CREDIT IN THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.
